The Everlasting Bloom Collection is hand delivered in Chicago and shipped nationwide.
Complimentary shipping is provided within the continental United States.
Standard shipping uses USPS Priority mail or UPS. Depending on location, 1-Day, 2-Day or 3-Day Priority and UPS Ground/Home Delivery will be utilized.
Standard shipping delivery dates are not guaranteed. They will arrive as soon as possible depending on location.
If delivery date requested is within 3 days of placement date, the order will ship as soon as possible after order placement. No delivery dates are guaranteed without written approval from Fleur de l'Amour.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. An updated list of countries that we ship to is listed below. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories.
International taxes and duties for the country specified are included in the shipping cost shown at the time of order placement. Any changes to the orders shipping address after the order has shipped may result in additional fees charged by the courier.
Any international shipments that are required to go through customs clearance may have delays and it is up to the customs clearance procedures on how long the package may be held. Please take this into consideration when ordering.
Please allow three (3) days handling before receipt of order.
Unless arranged with Fleur de l'Amour prior, no orders will be shipped outside of normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm CST).
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Some orders may require extra verification or processing time.
Tracking information will be included in email notification after package has shipped.
All packages come with delivery insurance.
All arrangements will, at the earliest, ship the next business day.
Please allow two (2) extra business days for any order placed after 11:00am Central Standard Time on Friday.
Same or Next Day Delivery and Expedited Shipping must be authorized and arranged over email via email@example.com. Any order placed without authorization will be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Though we try to keep your roses looking as close to the website photographs as possible, certain lighting can cause the roses to look different than the photos.

Though these countries have been cleared, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Specific regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any delay caused by customs clearance.
